Pricing is agreed in a custom proposal and is not published on this website. Where a signed proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal will apply.

3. SEO results are not guaranteed

Search rankings, traffic, AI search mentions and business results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions and changes made to your website by others. SEO results are not guaranteed. We commit to providing our services with reasonable skill and care, using white-hat methods, and reporting transparently on our work.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and resources we need.
• Review and approve content and changes within agreed timeframes.
• Make sure any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.

5. Free audits and consultations

Free SEO audits and consultations are provided without obligation. Free audits are delivered within 5 business days of a complete request. They are for guidance only and are based on information available at the time.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

Once fees for the relevant work have been paid, you own the content and deliverables we create specifically for you. Accounts set up for your business belong to you. We keep ownership of our general methods, tools and know-how.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential business information private and use it only to deliver our services, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RankWellToday is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited as set out in your proposal.
